1. The reservations can be made by mail, fax, e-mail, or by telephone but with a confirmation in writing within 72 hours (signed contract and deposit of 30 % of the total amount for the rents and 80,00 € for places + 25 € of not refundable set-up fees)
   
   
2. After reception of the contract and the deposit, a mail or an e-mail confirming the definitive reservation will be sent to you.
   
   
3. The rent is made for definite firm period. The reservations can be modified only within the limits of our possibilities.
   
   
4. If the insurance cancellation is not signed, for any cancellation reached before May 1st, will be paid off 50 % of the total amount of the deposit. After May 1st, no deposit will be paid off. No reduction will be granted in case of late arrival or of early departure. Arrived from 15:00 pm the day of reservation and departure at 10:00 am the day of the end of rent For the campers Arrival from 12:00 pm and departure before 12:00 pm. In case of late arrival possible reception till 10:00 am on the condition of warning the reception of it that very day before 8:00 pm. A 365,00 € pledge will be asked on arrival for all the renting and restored at the end of stay deduction made by the possible noticed damages, a 65,00 € sum will be held if the housework is not made. Pledge in two checks 300 € possible damages + 65,00 € arranges. A 30,00 € pledge will be asked to the campers for the badge of access of barriers. The badge will be charged 30,00 € in case of loss (campers and mobil homes).
   
   
5. Include in the price of rent: water, electricity, gas and access to the swimming pool, to the games and the animations - according to periods - All the mobil homes and the chalets are linked with the sewer system septic tanks, the use of the BLEACH is thus strictly forbidden. They are equipped with a terrace wood, a garden furniture, a kit dishes, an oven with microphone waves, a refrigerator, a fridge-freezer (according to model), a fire extinguisher.
   
   
6. The accommodation facilities of mobil-homes or chalets - according to models - 2-4-5-6 or 8 are FIRM for a question of insurance and thus safety of the persons. No additional person (the same child below age) will be accepted. Only the persons mentioned on the contract of reservation will be authorized to stay on the campsite, any modification will stay in the appreciation of the direction of the campsite. The minors not accompanied with a parent cannot be accepted.
   
   
7. The third-party insurance is compulsory for all the tenants.
   
   
8. Pets must be kept on a lead and never to leave only, the pad of vaccinations up to date must be presented on arrival. The dogs of 1st and 2nd category are refused as well as the dogs of more than 10 KG in the accommodations.
   
   
9. In the swimming pool: boxer shorts and bermuda shorts are forbidden, only the swimming trunks are authorized, the long hair must be necessarily attached.
   
   
10. Gas cylinders are changed between 09:00 am and 09:00 pm.
    
    
11. The visitors necessarily have to appear at the reception and settle the entrance fee before penetrating into the campsite and parking their vehicle outside. The direction reserves the right to limit their number.
    
    
12. Vehicles cannot circulate in the campsite between 11:00 pm and 07:00 am.
    
    
13. For safety reasons a single vehicle by place. For the renting, if the place allows the car park of a trailer, after agreement of the direction, the applied price list will be the one indicated to the price list supplements.

During the duration of the stay every person has to respect the internal regulation of the campsite posted outside of the reception and in mobil homes.
